I love being Doctor Pillars patient. She treats her patients really well- and seems to really know her stuff- she's very gentle and she very thorough. I was thinking about going trough the NHS system, but i prefer the treatment i get with Doctor Pillar so i'll rather cop the prices then going to a bad dentist. She also got a great memory so makes you feel very special every time you come in. I can't recommend her enough and i know i will keep coming aslong as I stay in the Uk.
Friendly team, fantastic staff and great service. Very easy to work with. I can also assure that your problems will be looked at and a program will be built around your specific needs to ensure you can resume live in a healthy and active lifestyle. Michael was my practitioner and Alexandra was my nurse however, I believe all the staff in the facility are amazing.
Great place, really enjoyed my experience - installation of crowns on front upper teeth. The treatment was professional, flexible to busy schedule and reasonably priced. Dr Michael Orlans was very kind and explained in details every step of the process. 100% recommendation.
After knocking half my front tooth out in a sports accident, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find emergency dental care that also prioritized fantastic results. However, Michael and his team were just that; accommodating and professional, making my teeth look just like new! I cannot recommend them enough!

My 8 year old son has ADHD and for years refused to go to a checkup at the dentist. When we met Michael Orlans, my son immediately bonded with him which is a very BIG deal for him. He was able to stay still while Michael was checking his teeth, answering to his millions of questions with patience, understanding and laughter 😅Thank you so much for making this experience a positive one for all of us.Can’t recommend Michael Orlans enough!!!

I was treated by Dr Orlans today, and not only was he very accommodating and personable, he and his dental nurse alongside him were also very good at their jobs.The staff across the board were also very pleasant, leading to an overall extremely satisfactory and easy morning in the practice.I am delighted with the outcome from my visit, and could not recommend this practice, and Dr Orlans enough. I've been visiting Dr Michael Orlans at Temple Dental for 2 - 3 years now, and I'm so impressed at the consistently excellent standard of care. Dr Orlans is clear, thoughtful and thinks holistically about what will help me keep my teeth healthy. I've had a couple of issues which he has resolved for me. I think what makes a difference is long term review of issues, which is so different from some dental practices I have visited in the past where each visit feels more transactional. The whole team from front desk welcome to dental nurses are excellent too.
Excellent dental service. Dr Gesto has been treating me for more than 5 years through cleanings, whitenings and installing a crown on a broken tooth. Always high quality service and able to accommodate urgent appointments.

Dr Pilar Gesto has been my dentist for over 4 years now and I can't praise her enough. From review and cleaning, passing by complex restorations, up to advise in orthodontics, Dr Pilar Gesto has always been a great dentist, professional and honest, making sure all options are discussed and the best joint decision is made.
This was my first visit as I've just moved to the area. Terrific customer service, knowledgeable staff, and the dentist took the time to explain what she saw and how I could improve my home care - demonstrating with me and showing me photos taken while I was there. I have been seeing Dr Pilar Gesto for a number of years now and she is excellent. She is very professional and knowledgeable and has guided me through all manner of dental issues. My appointments with her are always a pleasure (which I never thought I would say about going to the dentist!) and I would recommend her without hesitation.The other staff at Temple Dental, in particular Melinda (one of the dental nurses) are also always extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
I had multiple visits to Temple Dental and the reception staff were very helpful and extremely courteous every time. My appointments with Michael were excellent too. He is very knowledgeable, always explained everything clearly to me, and would make sure I was ok at every step in all my dental procedures. He had his work cut out for him with my teeth but over a few sessions sorted out all the problems. I would highly recommend this dental clinic and Michael.
